Job Overview

A pivotal role awaits a talented individual to maintain physical infrastructure and ensure seamless access to cloud services.

The selected candidate will play a crucial part in supporting our expanding business and customer base 24/7, with a focus on safety, security, availability, productivity, capacity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

This is a fixed-term position with the potential for full-time employment, offering a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Infrastructure Management: Assist in managing contractors, subcontractors, and vendors on-site to maintain optimal performance and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Performance Monitoring: Maintain performance benchmarks and prepare reports on infrastructure operations and maintenance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Change Management: Create Change Management requests and Incident Management tickets as directed to ensure smooth operation of critical systems.
  • Documentation: Contribute to documentation related to business and facility operations to support knowledge sharing and process improvement.
  • Rack Installation: Support rack installation and power/cooling provisioning within operational constraints to meet business needs.
  • Maintenance Services: Participate in routine maintenance and emergency services for critical systems to prevent downtime and minimize disruption.
  • New Facility Development: Assist in the design, implementation, commissioning, and expansion of new facilities to support business growth.
  • Facility Asset Management: Help manage facility assets and inventory management as directed to optimize resource utilization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
  • Technical Experience: Experience in Data Center Engineering or Operations is highly desirable, but not essential.
