Training Coordinator

The Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and administering all critical compliance training, ensuring no delays to project work. The role involves maintaining accurate training records and the training matrix, securing approvals and training agreements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and administer critical compliance training across the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and matrices.
  • Secure necessary approvals and agreements related to training.
  • Arrange and coordinate annual safety-critical medicals for employees.
  • Lead the monthly and annual recognition process for site operatives and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an office or training administrator, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of MS Office365.
