
Training and Development Coordinator

As a key player in our organisation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects by organising and scheduling training and development, as well as key administration tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering all critical compliance training for employee partners, including certification, health & safety, and role-specific training. This will involve maintaining accurate training records, securing approvals, and coordinating with managers to address skills gaps.
You will also be responsible for arranging and coordinating annual safety critical medicals, storing certificates securely, and managing follow-up actions with employees and managers. Additionally, you will lead the monthly and annual recognition process for site operatives and subcontractors, collecting nominations, coordinating decision-making, and preparing certificates and awards.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, knowledge of MS Office365, and strong attention to detail. You will work collaboratively with various teams and external partners, ensuring the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity with sensitive information.
