We are seeking an exceptional Training and Support Coordinator to join our Business Improvement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and scheduling training and development, as well as key administration tasks.

The Training and Support Coordinator will ensure that our operatives on site have the relevant competencies and safety critical medicals in place to guarantee a smooth project delivery.

This role requires a high degree of organization and attention to detail, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer all critical compliance training for employees
  • Maintain accurate training records and the training matrix
  • Secure approvals and training agreements, and coordinate with managers to address skills gaps
  • Build strong relationships with training providers, optimize costs, and ensure robust feedback and continuous improvement of training processes

Safety Critical Medicals:

The Training and Support Coordinator will arrange and coordinate annual safety critical medicals, storing certificates securely and managing follow-up actions with employees and managers.

Operative of the Month:

The coordinator will lead the monthly and annual recognition process for site operatives and subcontractors, collecting nominations, coordinating decision-making with the Senior Leadership Team, preparing certificates and awards, and sharing results through company channels.

Labor Allocation:

The Training and Support Coordinator will ensure that all training arrangements are communicated clearly and promptly to the Construction Support team, enabling seamless labor cover planning.

MSite / Exelsys:

The coordinator will maintain up-to-date training and medical records for all PCE employee partners and subcontractors on Exelsys and MSite, with regular reviews to ensure compliance.

Security Clearances:

The Training and Support Coordinator will support the Construction Support team in processing project security clearances where required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office/training administrator
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office365
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate records and reports
  • Highly organized, structured, and able to plan ahead to meet tight deadlines
