Client Coordinator Opportunity

This is a full-time fixed-term contract for 4 months, working from home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Displaying excellent customer service skills to support clients during the relocating process.
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best client experience.
  • Acknowledge requests, respond to issues, and handle escalations with a solution-focused mindset.
  • Accurately enter client details into our advanced IT platform.
About You

Ideally, you'll have prior experience in client coordination within the relocation or travel industry. This role includes comprehensive induction and training.
