
Relocation Coordination Specialist

This is a full-time fixed-term contract for 4 months, working from home.
Key Responsibilities- Displaying excellent customer service skills to support clients during the relocating process.
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best client experience.
- Acknowledge requests, respond to issues, and handle escalations with a solution-focused mindset.
- Accurately enter client details into our advanced IT platform.
Ideally, you'll have prior experience in client coordination within the relocation or travel industry. This role includes comprehensive induction and training.
