Senior Electronics Failure Analysis Engineer Position

We are seeking a seasoned electronics failure analysis engineer to lead the investigation and resolution of complex issues related to electromechanical components in energy products.

About the Role

  • This senior role requires a deep understanding of battery electronics, battery modules, and energy storage applications.
  • You will be responsible for driving issue resolution from root cause analysis to implementation of countermeasures on electromechanical components.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical test equipment, including power supplies, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve complex issues related to electromechanical components.
  • Investigate system assemblies and battery modules to identify root causes of failure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive resolution to identified failure causes.
  • Provide inputs to design and manufacturing teams to improve design and production yield.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Strong demonstrable experience in battery electronics and battery modules for energy storage/automotive applications.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics and troubleshooting analog and digital circuits.
