Job Description

We are seeking an organized, proactive and self-motivated electrical engineer to join our global product team. In this role, you will support new product development teams in bringing innovative small kitchen appliances to market. You will be responsible for the end-to-end electronic design process, developing, testing and releasing products that meet the highest standards of performance, quality and compliance.

About the Role
  • You will lead detailed PCBA design using Altium, ensuring Design for Manufacture (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles are met.
  • You will build functional circuits and prototypes for verification and validation testing.
  • You will execute full electronic development cycle in collaboration with firmware, mechanical and quality engineers.
  • You will conduct FMEA, PFMEA, DFx and statistical analyses to ensure design robustness.
  • You will draft and manage test plans for electronic components and systems, conducting failure analysis where required.
  • You will oversee product compliance testing with UL, IEC and EMC standards; prepare and submit supporting documentation.
  • You will maintain technical documentation (schematics, BOMs, test reports) to support formal production and component release.
  • You will evaluate factory production runs and perform quality audits, ensuring alignment with engineering specifications and capacity plans.
  • You will liaise daily with global vendors to resolve production issues and ensure timely delivery of samples and components.
  • You will coordinate closely with Compliance Laboratories and internal stakeholders to meet project timelines and compliance objectives.
