About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for effectively managing the allocation and utilization of our consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement resource management strategies to ensure optimal utilization of internal and external resources.
  • Collaborate with sales, support, and delivery teams to forecast resource needs and manage resourcing accuracy.
  • Manage end-to-end engagement of contractors, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain skills matrices to ensure consultants have up-to-date skill classifications.
  • Monitor utilisation levels and trends, providing real-time accurate reporting on roster coverage, demand, and gap analysis.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Resourcing Manager or similar role.
  • Experience working within IT consultancy or professional services is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • High-level organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
