Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Resource Allocation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for effectively managing the allocation and utilisation of our consultants across multiple projects. Your creative and agile approach will ensure that the right people with the right skills are allocated to each project, contributing to its success.
You will have a high degree of autonomy in your role, with the opportunity to provide insights and expertise that are valued and listened to. Your responsibilities will include:
- Management of the resourcing function, ensuring effective management and allocation of internal and external resources between client projects and internal tasks.
- Forecasting and monitoring resource utilisation, identifying gaps or conflicts and taking corrective action.
- Managing end-to-end engagement of contractors and partners.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on roster coverage, demand, and gap analysis.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Resourcing Manager in IT consultancy or professional services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with ERP/SAP/Analytics systems, preferably in a similar role.
