Job Title: Service Excellence Professional

We are seeking a skilled Service Excellence Professional to provide exceptional customer service and develop strong relationships with our clients.

About the Role:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products, including trends and merchandising opportunities
  • Maintain visually appealing store displays and manage stock effectively, including receiving stock deliveries, replenishment, and maintenance
  • E nsure the store is always clean and tidy, and suggest improvements where possible

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
  • A RSA competency card or ability to obtain
  • Flexibility with working hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Attention to detail and motivation to deliver high-quality results
  • Fitness to manually move stock
