Customer Service Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team.

About the Role:

  • Oversight of day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service delivery and consistent quality.
  • Conducting training sessions for Customer Service Officers (CSOs).
  • Monitoring team performance, leading performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to CSOs for all customer telephone enquiries.
  • Developing strong relationships with external customers.
  • Liaising with internal teams to provide sales support.

To be successful in this role, you will bring at least 5 years of experience in a sales environment, along with demonstrated leadership expertise ideally within the Manufacturing or Industrial Products sectors.
