About the RoleThis permanent part-time position involves overseeing all people functions, including payroll, rostering, recruitment, retention, learning and development, performance management, and industrial relations.
You will work closely with the General Manager People Services and be responsible for implementing new Human Resource software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Proven expertise in project and change management, leading to positive organizational outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and diplomacy skills for effective collaboration at all levels.
- Experience supporting leaders and employees.
- Ability to convert data into knowledge and communicate it meaningfully.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Hands-on experience in a similar role.
- A strengths-based approach to people leadership.
