Job Description
Employee Relations ExpertiseAs an Employee Relations Consultant, you will provide day-to-day advisory services and support across the organization to all levels of management and employees related to a range of employee relations matters.
Key responsibilities include leveraging your ER case management experience to support workplace matters, joining a small and highly experienced team, and enjoying a permanent opportunity with hybrid working arrangements.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end ER case management
- Experience in employee relations matters such as investigations, employee grievances, performance and disciplinary matters
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with an ability to communicate complexity to diverse stakeholder levels and actively listen to build a detailed understanding
- Well-organized in working independently to manage multiple tasks and thrive in an evolving environment
- Support in industrial relations matters including enterprise agreement negotiation and disputes is highly desirable but not essential
Qualifications include a degree qualification in Human Resources and/or Industrial Relations or equivalent experience.
