Key Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead complex employee relations matters across the retail and distribution centre network.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for ER/IR, providing advice to leaders and mentoring a team of HR Generalists to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include investigating performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes. You will also coach and guide leaders and HR team members through complex ER matters, liaise with legal and external parties, and support enterprise agreement interpretation and case reporting.

Additionally, you will provide generalist HR support across performance, engagement, and workforce planning, monitor legislation changes, and update policies as needed. A key aspect of this role is fostering a culture of trust, fairness, and psychological safety.
