Senior Team Support Specialist

The Team Coordinator Cabin Crew position supports the leadership team by assisting in delivering business objectives for Jetstar's largest team.
You will provide administrative and project support, manage information systems, coordinate calendars and travel, prepare communications, take meeting minutes and plan events.
This role may occasionally require domestic or international travel and demands collaboration with all levels of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and project coordination support to the leadership team
- Assist in delivering business objectives
- Manage and maintain accurate information systems
- Coordinate calendars and arrange travel arrangements
- Prepare effective communications and meeting minutes
- Plan and organise leadership forums and events
Requirements include proven experience in providing administrative support, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to thrive in dynamic environments, exceptional organisational skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
