Job Title: Senior Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to senior executives in a temporary assignment with possible extension. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting C-level executives and be proficient in diary and travel management, minute taking, and preparation of materials.

  • Support senior executives with diary and travel arrangements
  • Take minutes during board meetings and committee sessions
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials and documentation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for executive-related inquiries and meeting requests

The successful candidate will be responsible for pre-empting the needs of their executive and providing seamless support. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage complex diaries and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate meetings and events

  • Previous experience supporting C-suite level executives
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
