Strategic Talent Development Manager

At THE ICONIC, we're seeking a skilled Talent Management Expert to lead our strategic initiatives across organisational development. Reporting to the Head of OD & TA, this role will see you drive high-impact projects that foster a positive work culture, enhance employee engagement, and develop leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Succession Planning** with experience in managing employee engagement programs, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and recognition initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with senior leadership and P&C teams to develop strategies that drive business growth and improve outcomes.
Apart from your impressive credentials, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and adapt your communication style to suit different audiences. Your superior problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project management expertise will help you successfully deliver key initiatives and drive results.

About the Role
- Skyrocket Organisational Growth: Drive strategic initiatives that propel THE ICONIC forward, enhancing our work culture, employee engagement, and leadership capabilities.
- Develop High-Impact Projects: Collaborate with senior leadership and P&C teams to design and implement key organisational development initiatives.
- Lead Employee Engagement: Conduct employee surveys, provide actionable insights, and guide senior leaders in implementing effective action plans.
- Cultivate Positive Work Culture: Foster an inclusive work environment through internal listening strategies and recognition programs.
- Design Leadership Development Initiatives: Create engaging learning experiences for leaders, including the People Leaders Forum and Leader Programs.
- Talent Management Framework: Implement a framework to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
- Succession Planning: Develop robust succession plans to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Learning Strategy: Design and deliver THE ICONIC's Learning Strategy and Mandatory Learning Program.
- LMS Review: Evaluate and re-launch THE ICONIC's Learning Management Platform (LMS).
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyse data to assess the impact of organisational development initiatives and inform decision-making.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Talent Management Expertise**: Proven experience in organisational development, talent management, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Strategic Planning**: Excellent strategic planning and implementation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
- Leadership Development**: A solid background in leadership development, talent management, and succession planning.
- Communication Skills**: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different audiences.
- Project Management**: Superior problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project management expertise.
