This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our SAP HR and Payroll systems, providing specialist technical capability to drive business growth and efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and advice on the use of SAP HR and Payroll applications, including integrated component architecture and design. You will also need to develop a thorough understanding of our operational and functional needs to proactively recommend process improvements and solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and advice within the SAP HR Payroll application, including integrated component architecture and design
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business' operational and functional needs to proactively recommend process and/or solution improvement opportunities
  • Assess, document, and communicate change implications
  • Coordinate and assist with general project tasks, including provision of key user assistance for training, documentation, process review and design, data cleansing and cutover tasks
  • Coordinate and contribute to the development, documentation, and execution of functional unit and integrated test scenarios, assisting the business with user acceptance test execution as appropriate
  • Day-to-day system support within specialist and associated functional components of SAP, resolution of issues, user training and education, analysis of new functionality requests, performance monitoring
  • Provide oversight and direction on work activities and priorities

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Technical Subject Matter Experience in a support and project delivery capacity
  • Ability to understand the needs of customers and clearly engage and communicate with them
  • Adherence to and enforcement of IT standards and industry best practice
  • Advanced experience with design, implementation, maintenance, administration, and support of SAP Payroll HR
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP FICO modules will be highly regarded
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment and willingness to learn, embrace emerging technologies, dedication to growth, self-learning, and continuous improvement
