About the Role
The SAP HR/Payroll Team Lead plays a key role in the design, implementation, maintenance and support of Infrabuild's SAP HR and Payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and be able to provide specialist capability for integrated component architecture and design.

This is an opportunity for a highly skilled professional to take on a leadership role within our team. As a Technical Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for developing solutions that meet business needs and ensuring integrated operability across relevant modules. You will also be involved in assessing, documenting and communicating change implications, as well as coordinating and assisting with general project tasks.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP FICO modules would be highly regarded, but not essential. What is essential is your commitment to growth, self-learning and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical expertise and advice within the SAP HR Payroll application.
  • Develop solutions that meet business needs and ensure integrated operability across relevant modules.
  • Assess, document and communicate change implications.
  • Co-ordinate and assist with general project tasks.
