SAP Payroll Team Lead

 

The SAP Payroll Team Lead provides technical guidance and expertise within the SAP Payroll application, ensuring integrated operability across relevant modules and adherence to IT best practices. This role supports the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of InfraBuild's SAP HR and Payroll systems and related application interfaces.

As a team lead, you will provide oversight and direction on work activities and priorities, assess, document, and communicate change implications, and coordinate project tasks, including training, documentation, process review and design, data cleansing, and cutover tasks.

You will be responsible for providing solution designs and technical specifications delivering functionality that meets business needs, ensuring integrated operability across relevant modules and adherence to IT best practices.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of technical subject matter experience in a support and project delivery capacity, with advanced experience with design, implementation, maintenance, administration, and support of SAP Payroll and HR.

Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP FICO modules is highly regarded, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to learning, emerging technologies, growth, self-learning, and continuous improvement.
