SAP HR/Payroll Solutions Expert

The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of SAP HR and Payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver technical advice within the SAP HR Payroll application to ensure seamless integration of component architecture and design.
- Develop a thorough understanding of operational and functional needs to recommend process improvements.
- Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring integrated operability across relevant modules.
- Assess and communicate change implications, coordinating general project tasks, and providing user assistance.
- Contribute to the development, documentation, and execution of functional unit and integrated test scenarios.
- Provide day-to-day system support, including issue resolution, user training, analysis of new functionality requests, and performance monitoring.
- Minimum 10 years of technical experience in a support and project delivery capacity.
- Ability to understand customer needs and clearly engage and communicate with them.
- Adherence to IT standards and industry best practices.
- Advanced experience with design, implementation, maintenance, administration, and support of SAP Payroll HR.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP FICO modules is highly regarded.
