  • Deliver insights on market trends, customer pain points, and technical growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical acumen and Mechanical/Electrical trade qualifications are essential.
  • A customer-first approach is required, ensuring technical support and solutions align with market needs.
  • Collaboration skills are necessary, working closely with the Engineering Team Lead and Product Manager to bring innovations to life.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to review and refine product designs for optimal performance.
  • Mining Experience (Excavators & Trucks) is an essential requirement, including hands-on experience working with excavators and haul trucks in a mining environment.
