Lead a Dynamic Team as a Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead a multi-disciplinary team in a high-profile software development project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a high-performance self-managing team
  • Drive digital transformation projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing knowledge and expertise

Requirements:

  • At least 3+ years of professional experience in Agile methodologies
  • Australian citizenship and security clearance
  • Experience fostering a dynamic environment for building capability
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, including prioritization
  • Familiarity with digital work management tools, such as Azure DevOps or JIRA

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Implementation experience of CI/CD pipelines and Agile practices
  • Previous experience working on government IT systems or in the public sector
