**Role Highlights**

This full-time, permanent role is scheduled to commence in January 2025, at Marcellin College Randwick. The college offers a dynamic and supportive environment where staff are highly valued and respected for the gifts and talents they bring to the college community.

**Your Responsibilities**

You will create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students, utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress, and employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback.

In this role, you will also support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students, demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being, and integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.

**Requirements**

To excel in this role, you will have attained a tertiary qualification in Education, eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA), and Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
