We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Catholic Education Leader to join our team at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Primary School in Randwick.

**Job Summary:**

This is a full-time, temporary role with a commencement date of Friday, 31 January 2025 and a closing date of Wednesday, 27 November 2024. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising teaching and learning in Religious Education and the religious dimension of the school.

**Salary and Benefits:**

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $95,000-$110,000 AUD, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer attractive remuneration packages, including up to $15,900 annually in salary packaging benefits, as well as discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

The successful candidate will have a range of key responsibilities, including:

  • Leading the development of Catholic identity and mission at the school level
  • Coodinating and supervising teaching and learning in Religious Education
  • Preparing liturgies and celebrations
  • Liaising with the priests and parish community
  • Analysing and using data to inform learning and engage in future planning

**Requirements:**

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A completed Graduate Diploma or Master of Religious Education, Theology or Theological Studies from an approved institution
  • Requirements of Category E as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach and Lead
  • Demonstrated standard descriptors at lead teacher level, in accordance with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers
