Front Office Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Front Office Manager to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our resort operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and inspire the front office team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
- Direct and promote a good working relationship between the various resort departments, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
- Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of all staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times within budget guidelines.
- Assist the Resort Manager with the planning, implementing, and monitoring of policy and procedure.
Requirements
- Proven management abilities and experience in resort hospitality management.
- Availability and flexibility to meet with clients to ensure highest standards are met and maintained within reason, including working weekend shifts and public holidays.
- Demonstrated experience in motivating, inspiring, training, coaching, and disciplining employees.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proven ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace.
- Ability to multitask and work productively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
