Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Service
    • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
    • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
    • Process guest payments and handle any related transactions.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and improve overall service quality.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Skills
    • Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Front Desk Experience
    • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is highly desirable.
