Job Title: Senior Bar Manager

We are seeking an experienced senior bar manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading teams, creating engaging customer experiences, and driving business growth.

  1. About the Role: As a senior bar manager, you will be responsible for leading our front-of-house operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
  2. Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-12 months experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
  • A valid RSA certificate
  • Experience with Square and cocktail making would be beneficial
