Disability Inclusion Officer

The Community Impact Program is a unique educational initiative that focuses on providing Australian school-aged students with an understanding of living life with a disability.
As our officer, you will be responsible for delivering workshops to school-aged children, sharing your experiences and inspiring them to promote social inclusion from an early age.
Our team works in partnership with a children's charity, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating large-scale behaviour change, education, and community programs to create a positive impact in society.
This role provides an opportunity to amplify the voices of people with disabilities, offering a chance to share their experiences and perspectives, enriching the understanding of living with a disability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering world-class disability inclusion workshops to school-aged students
- Building successful relationships with schools
- Achieving KPIs related to workshop quality and evaluation feedback
- Acting as a brand ambassador for our organization
