The Community Impact Program is a unique opportunity for someone with lived experience of disability to share their experiences with school-aged children, inspiring and educating them about living life with a disability and promoting social inclusion from an early age.
This educational initiative equips students with an understanding of the importance of inclusivity and diversity, encouraging empathy and compassion. As a facilitator, you will play a key role in delivering this program, working closely with schools and teachers to ensure its success.

Key responsibilities include designing and delivering world-class disability inclusion workshops to school-aged students (Years 1-7) in Sydney and surrounding areas, both in person and virtually. You will build and maintain successful relationships with schools, collecting valuable feedback and ensuring continued partnerships.
Achieving KPIs related to workshop quality and evaluation feedback is critical to this role's success. As an outstanding brand ambassador, you will represent our client with integrity and professionalism, embodying the values of inclusivity and diversity.
The successful candidate will have the ability to communicate complex ideas simply, working effectively with diverse stakeholders, including schools, teachers, and students. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
