Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled facilitator to deliver workshops on disability inclusion to school-aged students. As our Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in equipping Australian students with an understanding of living life with a disability and promoting social inclusion from an early age.

The program is called Just Like You, and we work in partnership with a children's charity to offer it at no cost to students in years 1 to 7. This is a genuine educational initiative delivered by a team of people who genuinely want to make a difference.

About the Role
  • Deliver world-class disability inclusion workshops to school-aged students (Years 1-7) in Sydney and surrounding areas, both in-person and virtually.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with schools to ensure continued partnerships while collecting valuable teacher feedback.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workshop quality and evaluation feedback.
  • Act as an outstanding brand ambassador for our client.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge and understanding of living with a disability, including sharing your lived experience and drawing on personal stories to underpin the important message of social inclusion.
  • Previous experience in presenting, teaching, educating, or performing, ideally to school-age groups (although not essential).
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and motivate school-aged audiences through face-to-face and digital mediums.
  • Will be able to learn and retain content for presentations.
  • Must hold or be eligible to obtain a valid and current Working with Children Check.
