As a Venue Manager, you will lead by example, driving up and cross-selling to enhance the guest experience. You will transform your venue into the ultimate fun destination, inspiring and mentoring a high-energy team of customer service professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with energy: Be a hands-on leader who motivates your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Boost revenue: Drive up and cross-selling to enhance the guest experience.
  • Create WOW spaces: Transform your venue into a world-class entertainment destination.
  • Support your team: Inspire and mentor a high-energy team of customer service professionals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience managing a busy entertainment or hospitality venue.
  • A valid RSA and relevant state-approved managers license.
  • Availability to work nights and weekends.
  • An obsession with delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
