Store Leadership Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales and achieving operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of passionate professionals to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, customer engagement, and team member coaching and development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring efficient store operations to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels, wage control, and shrinkage
  • Motivating your team to achieve optimal results in KPIs and added value targets across stores
  • Closely monitoring store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets, acknowledging outstanding results and identifying areas of missed opportunity
  • Effectively managing wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards
  • Coaching and mentoring your team to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development through training and succession plans
  • Ensuring efficient OH&S management and adhering to state and national OH&S legislation

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • 1+ years retail store management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A motivated and driven attitude with a passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed
  • The ability to think strategically and identify missed opportunities, with a proven track record in driving sales and KPIs
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
  • Experience in effectively managing a roster and wage control
