We are seeking an exceptional retail professional to lead our store and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen, excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve outstanding results.

This role includes:

  • Driving sales growth through effective product placement and opportunities
  • Managing store rosters to deliver budgeted wage %
  • Leading by example in customer service and ensuring staff are trained to deliver above-and-beyond service consistent with brand standards
  • Maximising sell-throughs and profitability of products through effective refilling, markdowns and stockroom management
  • Ensuring the store maintains visual standards and merchandises stock to maximise sales potential

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Retail Store Management experience in a fast-paced environment with a minimum of 3 years leadership experience
  • A proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs & budgets
  • A passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold visual merchandising standards
  • Experience in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties
  • Exposure to stock management
