**Key Responsibilities:**
- Implementing culturally appropriate support for children, young people, and families.
- Collaborating with organizations, Indigenous leaders, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of holistic and culturally relevant services.
- Building strong relationships based on trust and respect, empowering individuals who access the service.
**Required Qualifications and Skills:**
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling that meets eligibility criteria.
- Demonstrated interest in the impact of trauma on children and their families.
