Specialist in Aboriginal Educational Support

Our school seeks an Aboriginal Education Specialist to play a vital role in supporting students and the school community. This position will focus on promoting the perspectives of Indigenous Australians within the school environment.
- Support student learning through culturally responsive teaching practices.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with the local and wider Aboriginal community.
- Develop and deliver professional development programs for teachers on Indigenous education and cultural awareness.
Key qualifications include:
- A degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualifications as a four-year trained teacher.
- Being Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander is a genuine occupational requirement for this position.
