ACRWORLD is a renowned Tier 3 commercial builder operating across various sectors including education, high-rise, aged care, and residential projects.

Your New Role

As a Site Manager, you will be working closely with senior members to oversee a $20mil project in East Melbourne. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement short-term and long-term programming, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Safety and Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Contract Administration: Manage and coordinate subcontractors, negotiate contracts, and resolve any disputes that may arise.
  • Financial Management: Assist in preparing site construction budgets and reports, ensuring financial accuracy and transparency.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Engineering or Construction Management;
  • More than 3 years' experience in a similar position;
  • Experience in the Victorian building market;
  • Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills;

Total Package: $140k per annum
