We are seeking an experienced and skilled Commercial Property Asset Manager to join our team on the Sunshine Coast. This role offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your success in commercial real estate while working with a collaborative and supportive team based at Colliers International.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to build strong relationships within the team and with clients. Experience in the property industry is not essential, but passion for efficiency and accuracy is crucial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to landlords, tenants, and contractors, ensuring timely issue resolution and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Assist with rent reviews and lease expiries, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practice guidelines.
  • Organize work orders and follow up on completion or ordered works, maintaining accurate records and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Input, access, and analyze data into our management software, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and collaborate on proposals for new management opportunities, showcasing the value proposition and competitive advantage of Colliers International.
  • Prepare REIQ and other property-related documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Prepare property budgets and reconcile annual building income and expense, providing financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain required licenses and best practice training, staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and passion for efficiency, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of commercial real estate principles and practices.
What We Offer

A competitive salary package, estimated to be between $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a professional and learning-based environment, with opportunities for career growth and development.
