About Your New Role

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to foster and grow client relationships while delivering outstanding service. This role requires someone who can seamlessly combine technical know-how with excellent communication to enhance the customer experience and explore upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the mining equipment sector
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly
  • Identify client needs and proactively suggest service improvements and upselling opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to align services with client expectations
  • Manage customer data using CRM software and analyze trends to improve service delivery
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and produce detailed reports for key stakeholders
About You:
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the mining equipment industry
  • Technical awareness with the ability to upsell products and services effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via email, writing, and phone manner to build strong, professional relationships
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with a proactive approach to meeting client needs
  • Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Suite
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to exceptional client service
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  • Capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team
