Job Description

Transforming Business Processes to Enhance Customer Experience

We're seeking a skilled leader to drive business process transformation and customer experience excellence in our Enterprise and Business portfolio. As a key interface between frontline and business functions, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic priorities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and leading process transformation strategies that simplify processes and prioritize customer needs.
  • Delivering large-scale process improvements using advanced capabilities like Lean Six Sigma and automation to boost efficiency and impact.
  • Partnering with senior leaders to streamline new product launches and ensure seamless experiences for customers.
  • Tracking success through customer-focused metrics, efficiency gains, and cost savings.
  • Building trusted relationships across the business and industry to influence outcomes and share best practices.
  • Leading a high-performing team of process excellence professionals.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Extensive experience in transformation, process design, and customer experience leadership with proven impact in Business, Consumer, and Enterprise environments.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or Master Black Belt) with a track record in automation.
  • Strong commercial acumen balancing business performance with customer-first outcomes.
  • Proven leadership skills influencing at the highest levels and thriving in complex matrix environments.
  • Desirable knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 9001.
