Aged Care Quality Specialist

This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the aged care sector. You will be working closely with individuals receiving care, their supporters, and service providers to identify concerns and develop options for resolution.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough investigations into complaints, using your analytical skills to identify risks and develop effective solutions.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including complainants, people receiving care, and service providers, to achieve timely and satisfactory outcomes.
- Contributing to the overall objectives of your team, including meeting key performance indicators and legislative requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and manage risk.
- Strong understanding of administrative decision making principles and relevant legislation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write comprehensive evidence-based recommendations and reasons for decisions.
