Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Delivery Specialist to join our team at Westpac Group. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager of the Reward, Performance & Accountability (RPA) team in delivering high-quality Board and Executive papers and projects. Your key responsibilities will include managing the planning and delivery of Board and Executive papers, liaising with key stakeholders, and managing the flow of information between the RPA team and the General Manager's office.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the planning and delivery of Board and Executive papers, including the Westpac Board and Committees, Remuneration Oversight Committee, WNZL BPRC, ET and HRET.
  2. Liaise with key stakeholders across the RPA team, HR Job Family, Company Secretariat, and executive offices.
  3. Manage the flow of information between the RPA team and the General Manager's office.
  4. Work independently or in collaboration with the RPA team to prepare materials and other reporting as required.
  5. Manage RPA team planning and delivery tracking, including contributing to the Human Resources Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process.
  6. Develop team strategies, implementing them through communications and coordinating key projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 5+ years of experience in a HR, governance, legal, or comparable role with demonstrable experience managing projects and key deliverables. You will also need to have strong written communication skills, a disciplined approach to planning, prioritization, follow-up, and completion, and the ability to work independently or in collaboration with the RPA team.
