Business Systems Delivery Analyst

Position Summary

Samsung Australia is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Delivery Analyst to join our Process Innovations (PI) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the PI integration team to drive continuous process improvement and implementations for our N-ERP (SAP) system via LEAN methodology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement to-be processes based on a thorough understanding of as-is processes on N-ERP (SAP) in SD, MM, LE, and FI/CO modules.
  • Maintain and lead all retailer system integration projects with Samsung N-ERP (SAP) for order-to-cash processes.
  • Collaborate with retailers' IT teams to reduce business process issues and ensure order process flow meets KPIs.
  • Implement SAP Hybris projects for backend N-ERP (SAP) integrations and testing.
  • Provide insightful data analysis and maintain data integrity in business systems and legacy systems.
  • Work closely with RHQ/HQ and external customers/vendors to ensure goals are on-track and being met in a timely manner.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to your team and act as the point of escalation for all PI enquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Data Analytics related field or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years SAP cross-functional experience in SD and LE modules. Additional experience with MM and FI/CO modules is highly regarded.
  • Experience in a functional SAP consultant or systems delivery role, or similar, with strong knowledge of retailer and 3PL EDI.
  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of SAP implementation projects is essential.
  • Experience in Hybris configuration and back-office is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Passion for business process management and data analytics.
  • Resilience, adaptable, and agile - able to work well in a fast-paced environment and navigate changes.
