Claims and Office Administrator Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage claims inbox and ensure timely responses to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and lodge new claims into relevant platforms efficiently.
  • Assist with updating and maintaining standard operating procedures for smooth operations.
  • Update and maintain claims matrix for in-house administration to improve data accuracy.
  • Assist with developing templates for communication with brokers, TPA, etc.
  • Involvement with queries and escalations to resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team for Insurance events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Participate in TPA monthly meetings to stay informed of industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Motivated self-starter focused on achieving results, capable of working autonomously as well as being a team player.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly skilled in planning and organizing projects.
  • High level of attention to detail to maintain accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to streamline workflow.
