Bi-Rite Home Appliances is a proudly Australian-owned and operated national retailer, supporting a network of independently owned stores across the country. We're currently seeking a detail-oriented Claims Officer to join our Support Office team in Eight Mile Plains.

This role is a key part of our commercial operations, with a strong focus on managing supplier rebate programs and claims to ensure accurate and timely recovery of rebate entitlements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track supplier rebate programs, including sell-through and promotional rebates
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on rebate claims to maximise recovery
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure rebate terms are correctly interpreted and applied
  • Reconcile rebates received against expected values and resolve any discrepancies
Skills & Experience:
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
  • Previous experience managing supplier rebates (preferred)
  • Background in retail, FMCG, or wholesale industries (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
