About the Role:

  • Support business objectives by coordinating medical treatment, managing claims, and liaising with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure timely and effective support for injured workers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize liability and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage incidents for injured workers and coordinate medical reports.
  • Manage certificates of capacity and injury register updates.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in worker's compensation claims, preferably in an employer-based role.
  • Knowledge of commercial acumen and customer service focus.
