Senior Design Lead

This senior role presents an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished designer to spearhead high-end residential projects from concept to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering premium designs and possess excellent leadership skills to motivate the design team.

A strong understanding of local architectural regulations, including ARBV Registration (preferable), Victorian Council Planning departments, and Rescode requirements, is essential.

The successful applicant will also demonstrate expertise in residential design, proficiency in Revit (preferred), and a minimum of 7 years of local architectural experience.

We are seeking a talented individual who can develop concept layouts, collaborate with the design and planning teams, manage and mentor the design team as a team leader, and strengthen existing client relationships.

Requirements:
