About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Information Security Officer to lead our organization's physical and information security strategy. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive security strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust security strategy that addresses physical and information security risks
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment with overall business strategy
  • Lead the development and implementation of security policies, standards, and procedures
  • Oversee risk and compliance activities, including business continuity planning and incident response
  • Manage and develop a high-performing security team
  • Act as the escalation point for complex and sensitive security issues
  • Develop and manage the annual operating budget and capital spending plan for security initiatives
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a leadership role managing cybersecurity, risk, and/or related security functions
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and technical skills
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders, business sponsors, and external partners
  • Highly developed professional, technical, and commercial expertise
