About the Role
The Chief Information Officer (CIO) at ClearCompany is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the company's information technology, information management, and records management functions. This role reports to the Director of Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Provide high-quality strategic advice on ClearCompany's information management and information technology needs, leading the development of plans to meet those needs.
- Service Delivery: Oversee the management of high-quality and responsive information technology and information management services, driving a positive team culture committed to continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders across all areas of the company, modeling the APS and TEQSA values and behaviors.
- Key Duties
- Develop high-quality strategies and plans, in consultation with internal and external stakeholders, to deliver ClearCompany's information management and information technology needs.
- Provide expert strategic and technical advice on ClearCompany's approach to technology, including in the review and improvement of regulatory and quality assurance functions.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including users, ClearCompany's leadership team, suppliers, and other government agencies, to promote the achievement of ClearCompany's information management and technology objectives.
- Implement and oversee effective controls to develop and maintain appropriate information security, in accordance with ClearCompany's objectives and whole of Australian Government expectations.
- Foster an information and data-driven culture, supported by appropriate knowledge and understanding about ClearCompany's information technology environment, controls, tools, and resources.
Qualifications and Experience
Relevant experience, qualifications, or certifications in information technology, information management, and information security will be highly regarded.
