About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic IT leader to join our team as a Chief Information Officer at Michael Page. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our IT strategy, aligning with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring effective governance and risk management.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
  • IT Budgeting and Planning: Manage IT budgets, develop strategic plans, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Vendor Management and Risk Management: Oversee vendor relationships, manage risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • IT Performance and Reporting: Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to measure IT performance and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, Master's degree highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of operational experience in IT, with at least 5 years of experience in IT leadership positions managing cross-functional project teams.
  • Skills: Expertise in IT strategic planning, IT governance formulation, budget planning, and organizational change management.
  • Personal Qualities: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders.
